Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Kestrel Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
