Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Nova Harbor Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Richmond area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
