Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Bright Rook Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Richmond, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
