Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Linden Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
