Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Loom Construction Group is a Richmond contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules.
