Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Richmond, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
