Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Keystone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Richmond area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
