Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Harbor Freight is a Richmond logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
