Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Reno, NV)

Nova Junction Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Reno region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
