Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Reno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
