Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Reno, NV)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing makes precision components in Reno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
