Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Northwind Studio is an environmental-services company in Austin with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
