Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Charlotte producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
