Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
