Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Pike Medical is a Tulsa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
