Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Loom Medical is a Omaha company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
