Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Westbrook River Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
