Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Birch Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
