Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline River Manufacturing makes precision components in Chicago. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 680 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
