Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Spokane. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
