Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jacksonville supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
