Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Nova Bridge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
