Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Timber Auto Group is a Minneapolis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
