Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Richmond. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 456 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
