Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Miami, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
