Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
