Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
