Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline Harbor Freight Partners is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
