Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fresno plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
