Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
