Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Quarry Freight Group is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
