Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Bright Mill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fresno area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
