Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Nova Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around El Paso. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
