Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
