Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Highbridge Umber Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 693 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
