Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Ironwood Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Diego. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
