Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
