Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Summit Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
