Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Clear Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Virginia Beach working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
