Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
