Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Greenridge Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in San Jose. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
