Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
