Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
