Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Rook Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
