Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Cedar Wren Arts Center · Remote · contract

What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
