Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Loom Auto Group is a Oakland company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
