Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Cross Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 960 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
