Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Drift Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
