Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Fresno area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
