Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Northwind Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Sacramento region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
